Types of Schengen visit visas

There are 3 main types of Europe visas:
  • Short stay or Travel visa (Type C)
  • Airport Transit Visas (Type A)
  • Transit Visa (Type B)
    This visa type is mainly referred to as the “Schengen Visa”. It is mainly issued on the purpose of tourism as a Schengen Visa. It is also issued for sporting events and visits with family members or relatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Processing Time for Visit Visa

It is advisable to apply for a Schengen Tourist Visa at least 2 weeks prior to the planned trip.
